Creates dots, lines, radial and circle gradients, or a vignette at a chosen position for masks, guides, and look development in Nuke.
Generator is a no-input draw utility that builds simple geometric images inside the selected format. Choose a mode—dot, horizontal line, vertical line, radial, circle, or vignette—and place it with the position control, or snap to frame center with the center button.
Dot, hline, and vline mark exact pixel locations or full-frame axes through the position. Radial produces a soft inverse-square falloff from that point; circle is a normalized distance field from center to the format diagonal. Hue shifts the output color; div scales intensity so bright single-pixel or line marks stay controllable in the tree.
Use it when you need a quick reference mark, a radial weight, a circular gradient, or a built-in vignette without wiring a Constant and Expression chain by hand. Output is a generated plate you can merge, mask with, or grade against like any other source.
